✅ Devises strategies and techniques necessary for achieving the sales targets.

✅Map potential customers and generate leads for the organization.

✅ Ensure his team is delivering desired results. Supervision is essential.

✅ Maintaining and improving relationships with the client.

✅ Maintain necessary data and records for future reference

✅ Oversees the performance and efficiency levels of Sales Representatives.

✅ Setting goals and quotas for sales teams, creating training schedules and maintaining the inventory of sales presentation tools.
